I wanted to love this thing, I really did. My little cousin has one similar to this and whenever my son goes over he’s obsessed. Will not leave it alone. I knew I had to get him one.My son is working on speech and behavior and I figured I could use this as an incentive. We started it up last night, by the way there ARE directions and it was very simple to put together, but quickly I found out how annoying this thing was.The claw is slower than ever. If you press for it to open and grab the toy, there’s a lag in time. My son didn’t seem to mind, but watching it felt beyond annoying for the price I paid. Then once the claw is down and you press it to come back up, there’s another delay. Don’t you dare think about moving the lever during this time or you messed it up and it’s not getting the toy.Once it gets the toy, you have to use the levers to bring it to the drop, it does not do it on its own.The reviews are right when they say the claw has a difficult time gripping things. I put some candy in too and it didn’t work, my kids were very upset.If you have money to blow and you don’t mind it being not the best toy, go for it. I wish there was a better model or brand. Look at the reviews carefully when you’re searching!

We’ve ordered this product twice, and both times the chain has been broken out of the box. Which means two times we’ve had a heart broken child who was super excited upon opening this gift.That’s hard. Life is full of disappointment but we try to make things great for our kids.Sadly this product is just super cheaply made and packaged even worse. Both items were packaged completely different.The second one was missing the stuffies.There aren’t any directions, and the whole product was probably about $10 to make.Save your money and disappointment.

I love the item. Instant love by the kids. I like the way you can use either the coins or just by pressing the "claw" button for 3 seconds and you get full 60 seconds again to continue. Challenging when putting heavier candy like small wrapped chocolates and becomes more fun when you put them folded money as prizes when they do their chores. I like the way you can use (included USB micro) and put it with regular cellphone charger and you avoid using batteries for long playing time.

We ordered this product for my son. I set it up beforehand to make sure it worked based on the reviews. The first one I ordered had a broken chain on the claw and was returned for another. The second one was all intact, but once set up the claw never moved. We ended up buying another brand (bundaloo), which arrived assembled and worked immediately. I'd pass on this one. It's also quite small.

Fun & worked great! It came with cute little plush toys. Even the adults wanted to try it out.It came with a usb cord, we we had to use a phone adapter to plug it in.
