I was comparing prices for a Raspberry Pi 4 case. This one stood out. I like the look. Price is just right. I read that Raspberry 4's and 5's overheat and that was one of my concerns. The set comes with heat sinks, fan and even power adapter with on/off button. Good purchase.

I had just setup a new application(s) and needed a case. This looked to fit my needs. The case kit comes with some printed material, power supply (5v, 3a), fan with hardware, four heat sinks, an assembled case, mounting screws for the Pi, and rubber feet. Disassembly and assembly was a no brainer. The Pi is held onto the bottom half the case with only two screws. I’m not sure why there aren’t four but the Pi is snug enough in the case that only two are needed. The top half slides onto the bottom half and is then held in place by two long screws. A nice touch is there are metal threaded inserts into the plastic bottom half. It gives the long screws a better hold and avoids possible stripping of the holes. I’m not sure what the two “crosses” are on the bottom case unless they are meant to hang the Pi on the wall or attach it to something. I don’t necessary think this is a good idea having a metal head of a screw or nail that could short out the Pi (unless you cover it with electrical tape.) The 35mm fan is screwed into the top plate. Another nice touch is a 35mm fan is used instead of a 30mm fan. It increases the air flow for the same voltage on the larger fan over the smaller one. What I don’t understand is why there is a small gap between the plate and the top part of the case. There are plenty of slots on the bottom half to allow air to circulate but then, I’m no thermal engineer. Also with the top plate in place, there is no access to the GPIO pins or camera slot. This can be an issue for those of you who need them for control projects. I do like the rubber feet to keep the Pi case from moving around on my table. I wanted to do some very basic temperature checks running the fan either off, on at 3.3v or on at 5.0v. Running a basic OS with it pretty much in idling mode, no load, gave me the following. Fan off: 51C (123F), fan at 3.3v: 36C (96F), fan at 5v: 34C (93F). I thought the fan was kind of noisy at 5V and since there wasn’t much difference in temperature I’m going to run it at 3.3v. Overall, it’s a pretty good product. I like it because of the darker color, the two piece case and smoky top plate. Over time, I come to prefer these kinds of cases over the multi 9 layer ones. They look more professional, easier to assemble, and less chance to break something. The case with the power supply is very good buy and I don’t think you can go wrong with it.

I bought the Miuzei Case for Raspberry Pi 4 and thank you to the supplier it arrived very quickly and with good packaging. I assembled an existing Pi4 that I had and it was very easy to assemble the Pi4. I would recommend this to others who want a small form Pi 4 case.

This was my second Pi case from Miuzei and both were great products. This case in particular is very easy to put together and looks great when finished. All the connections seem secure through the sides of the case and the fan is quiet. I really like the look of this case and the workmanship and materials are better than I expected for the price. Before you finish the last step (putting the lid on) make sure you know if you want to run the fan at 3.3V or 5V because you will need to undo three screws to access it if you want to change it later. Luckily for me I picked 5V and am really happy with how quiet the case fan is and the temps I am getting are better than my last case. Pros: Comes with heat sinks, screwdriver and rubber feet Instructions include color pictures and accurate descriptions High quality materials, fit and finish Comes with Power Supply with On/Off functionality Extremely lightweight Well packed for shipping Cons: No access to the GPIO (can't use in conjunction with a HAT... this is normal for a basic Pi Case but noted here in case you have that question.) Can't change the fan power (3.3 or 5v) without removing top (only 3 screws.) This is a great case for your Pi. It fits my Pi 4 like a glove, I would buy another one for my next Pi Project. Buy with confidence in the company and the product, they have had great support when I needed it in the past.
