Q: How thick is the mirror? In mm I need something to 1.5 to 1.6 mm

The ones I received are 0.1 mm thick. Hope this helps.

Not sure why this question, but yes, of course they will reflect light. It's a mirror. It reflects whatever is in front of it. Maybe I'm not understanding the question correctly...wouldn't be the first time.

Q: What tool would be recommended for making straight cuts on these square mirror tiles?

A glass cutter. Found in all places that sell stained glass.

Q: Are these unfinished on the back?

If you mean are they mirrors on both sides, no they are not. But I'll caution you against buying them! You get what you pay for... if you put so much as a finger on the glass without even any pressure, they fog over (permanently) in that spot. They are pretty much useless.
