These are amazing Swedish knife blades to attach your own handle. I use antler and Bone, a lot of people use wood. There has been an upgrade since the last time I purchased one of these, they are carbon steel and the older ones did not have a finished spine, but these new ones do. Saves me one step.

This will make up my first project in camping equipment. I bought another complete Mora and wanted to try my own finish work. Very sharp blade and easy to resharpen.

get rust too easily

I absolutely love these blanks, I got 4 when they were on sale for 20 bucks, and so far have made 2. A leather stacked companion type and a traditional pukko with ebony, ash and bloodwood. They are very similar to the blade you would get in a mora companion, but a little thicker (in between a companion hd and regular companion) my one complaint is that they are $25 regular price. A companion cost 24 wherebi live and an HD cost 29 and that comes fully finished with a sheath. If the price was 15, they would be an absolute win. Nice long stick tang, and easy to peen. Just a tough sell when you can get a complete knife for the same price. I guess that is more to do with economy of scale and supply and demand. Oh well, I still love them
