Acumobility Eclipse Foam Roller and Trigger Point Tool

I've been waiting quite a long time to get this specific foam roller but didn't know if dishing out the money for what could otherwise be an inexpensive buy be worth it. I used this once a long time ago and I knew I just had to bite the bullet and purchase one for myself. I'm so glad I did. I naturally have really, really tight calves that I constantly need to foam roll and stretch out. And while those methods have worked, I felt like it doesn't compare to the direct trigger point control of the Accumobility roller. I usually skip recovery, but now that I have this thing I look forward it!Now, I don't think that my tight calves will ever go away, but I do strongly believe that when the day comes to run obstacle races beyond 10 miles, my calves will be ready and not cramp like they usually do at the 8 mile mark.I am also now enticed to roll in other areas that I usually ignore too - quads, hamstrings, and glutes - since the roller is molded to make foam rolling easier and more efficient.Last thing to mention is the size and durability of this roller. It is quite a lot bigger than other foam rollers and has more of a hard frame to it as opposed to the cushiony foam of most rollers. I think that these characteristics will make it last a long, long time and also make recovery more effective by not softening its pressure points over time.

I have had deep tissue massage for over 15 years and I have foam rolled consistently on what I thought was a very painful roller. i wanted to upgrade and this looked like the next step, but I do not know how anyone can roll their back on this. No matter what I try and roll, I find it incredibly excrutiating. i didn't keep the box because I got overexccited by the look of this product. i do not recommend for women or people with any sensitivities like fibromyalgia, or anyone over 50, almost killed my parents.

It's ok, standard roller works just as well.
