Overall these looks pretty solid. What I am not excited about is that the loops are not the same size. Maybe this is on purpose or maybe it's just poor quality control? One end of the cable loop is bigger than the thumb screw meaning if you use that loop (or both) on the screw, it has the possibility of sliding off. Although not likely it still worries me a bit and I wish both loops were small enough not to fit over the thumb screw.

It is advertised for what it is, 2 cables to the length described, a metal type thumb screw and a bag for it, use it to mount my gopro to my car as extra protection

Great for keeping your GoPro on your motorcycle. Don't trust the adhesives especially in hot climate. Everything you attach to the exterior of a moving vehicle should be safety-wired.
