POS! Got this and upon unboxing brand new, never even charges or turned on!Downloaded the app that you're supposed to print from to see if that would even work and it DIDNT! The app foreclosed every single time I tried to link an account up with it!I have the Pixel 3A, which researching before I bought this printer said it worked great...IT DOESNT!

Just got the printer today and love it! Using it for memory planner and scrapbooking. Only negative I have is right now having g a hard time finding the cartridges. Any ideas as to where to purchase them?

Who doesn't want a portable printer? This printer is light weight, easy to carry, and rechargeable (620mAh). Easy setup, simply download the app from iTunes or Play store, (NFC tap for Andorid devices supporting this). Connect to the Wifi hotspot this device has, and launch the app. From that point its all in the app. You can use the camera and shoot and print, or access your photo gallery and select photos to print from there. Great also if you need a hard copy screen shot you may have taken. The app allows you to access DropBox, FaceBook, Instragram, & Google Photos, which is a plus. The app also gives you the ability to edit the photo, with some stamps, text, or effects. You can save your edited work to your photo gallery also. I had to perform a firmware upgrade before mine printed, and it can not print while charging, at least not below 30% that I found. The cartridge holds 10 prints, its easy to load and unload these, simply open the door and insert cartridge. No need for anything else. Printing takes about 60 seconds, the picture will go through a 4 pass process, you can see it develop, since it extracts the photo out and back in 4 times for each pass and you can see your photo improve with each pass. Does really good quality job on the prints. This prints with a dye sublimation technology which means there is no ink. It's all in the paper and print process. This is overall a really nice printer to carry with that works with both iOS and Android.

I returned the product The next day. It was my girlfriend's Christmas gift and she had a very bad experience with it. She tried to print the very first picture and the paper got stuck in the printer, she tried to remove it, but it was impossible. In general the experience was very frustrating.To summarise, very unsatisfied, very unpleasant experience :(
