I would give this 4.5 stars, but it doesn't let me, but overall it works well. Only knocking off 0.5 because installation is all by sight - no added alignment tools to help with application. On my first install, I thought it was on perfectly by using the front camera cutout and sensor as guides (didn't want any obstruction to the camera), but once it was laid down completely only did I notice the very bottom is lifted, not making contact with the screen. Luckily the case I have prevents the protector from catching on anything. Also while watching videos it's much easier to notice the protector is slightly slanted. No biggie, as long as it does it's job at keeping the screen from getting nicks and scratches. But once it's on, it works well. Clarity is equivalent to not having the screen protector on. Touch sensitivity is also not affected. Not sure if I got lucky, but the oleophobic properties of this screen protector are excellent! I haven't had any issues with smudging, and water beads right off. Overall, if you can get this protector applied just right, it should be a great way to keep the screen clean and prestige.

I don't use to write reviewes, however this product deserves my qualification in order to help others know exactly what they are purchasing. I have tried the Olix.. brand to protect the screen of my SONY 1 III, however it has 2 major Cons: 1- It covers less area. 2- It does covers the proximity sensor that allows the screen to turn off when you put the phone next to your face while doing a call; this is something you dont want because it makes the phone lite the screen while you are talking if you are using the Olix.. brand. This particular brand (Mr. Shield) did a lot better than the one I previously mentioned as: 1- It covers almost all the screen of the device, thus giving more protection. 2- It has a cut out o the proximity sensonr above the screen, enabling in this way a propper functionality of the mobile. I am very pleased with the Mr. Shield protector and I am not concern of the edges that are not completely covered because I am using a case that covers that thin edge the screen protector dosen't. Hope this is helpful for you.

So yes, just like other people have said : it's slightly too large that you either A. Have about a millimeter at the bottom that does not adhere to the screen. Or B. You mount it too high to avoid this millimeter at the bottom BUT the top of the protector kind of covers the line of sight of the front camera EVER SO SLIGHTLY... That there'll be a bottom, moon shaped glare on every selfie. You get 3, so you can try either of these 2 scenarios I'm talking about and use the 3rd one to make up your mind. O had the "too high" mounting for the first 2 years, and I was fine, since I don't really take selfies that much. But i just mounted my last one and i chose to mount it low, and yup... The bottom almost looks like a slight nail pick, or shoving it in your pocket will make the protector come off. Luckily I have a case that nothing rubs against the protector, so i think I'll be fine. But I may try a different protector that is slightly smaller if i can find it and if the reviews are good enough (since this protector has the highest reviews of all). Worth the 7 bucks, for sure. 👍🏻 Highly recommend, if for nothing else, to try it out.

Great glass protector for Xperia 1 Mark 3. It installed well, stays glued for over 3 months now, is very clear, touch transmission great, oleophobic coating is great, phone was dropped in the case, the glass protector had not shattered. Case used with this glass is Sucnakp Case Shock Absorption Anti Scratch Heavy Duty Durable LT Black, the only case I had found with the grip similar to the old-school Speck Presidio Grip, the one with rubber grooves grips, not the shitty plastic newer ones. Great tandem, this glass and that case. Installation was in the steam-filled bathroom, wipe with alcohol pad, wait to dry, stick-peel dust all over the screen with the included peel sticker, and install. Worked great.

This Mr.Shield screen protector for the Sony Xperia 1 III is a great buy. The three-pack is convenient and the glass feels premium. It offers excellent scratch resistance without compromising touch sensitivity. Installation was easy thanks to the included guide. The lifetime replacement warranty is a huge plus! Definitely recommend.

Thankfully there are 3 screen protectors in this pack. I am now on my last one in a few months. I have found that the screen protector is slightly too big for the screen. Even with fairly meticulous and careful installation, there is about a mm of the protector that hangs off of both sides that passes just beyond the curve of the screen. I have a visible line on both sides were it hasn't completely adhered to the screen. Even with a phone case installed to protect the edge, the slight excess that hangs off the outside edge makes it quite easy to catch it when slipping the phone into a pocket. Once that happens even that smallest bit of dust that gets under the protector ruins it. In the attached pic, you can see a light border all the way around the edge of the protector. That is the edge that will not seal onto the screen. Installation is easy and clean. Quality is good and does not seem to interfer with touch sensitivity. This would be a great screen protector if it were 1mm smaller all the way around
