Pilot (2) FriXion Clicker Erasable Design Collection Dots, Refillable & Retractable Gel Ink Pens, Fine Point (0.7mm), Black Ink, 3-Pack (15217)

I am a huge fan of FriXion pens, and have been for maybe 10 years now. They write so smooth and erase so cleanly.I’m in the generation that first used “erasable pens” in the 80s and they were horrible! So I wasn’t sure what I would get with FriXion pens. I was very pleasantly surprised!I now buy the black ink pens for work exclusively, and buy the colors for fun stuff. I bought this particular design (white barrel with florishes) because my husband and son keep stealing the ones with the black barrels. Now they know to not touch these because they are “Mommy’s special pens”.I originally bought the pens to use in a planner to color code stuff, but now use FriXion pens only for everything. The only exception is when sending mail in the summer. These pens have ink that disappears from the heat and friction of the eraser. So you can imagine that a greeting card addressed with a FriXion pen may risk the addresses becoming illegible from the heat of a mail truck or facility that has no A/C.I have read stories of people using the pens in their planners, leaving the planners in their cars in the summer, and coming back to practically blank pages. The funny thing is, one of them took it inside and popped the planner in their freezer and THE WRITING CAME BACK!!Let me also add… my husband will sometimes borrow a pen and leave it in the car. After being in the heat, the pen becomes practically useless, so don’t do it.However, these pens are miraculous!! Pilot has a lifetime customer in me!

These pens are a game changer for me. I use a calendar planner and write my appointments in the book. I had to change my appointments constantly, so I had to use a pencil to erase my entries without making a mess of the calendar. The issue I had with the pencil was that it was not dark enough and was sometimes hard to read. Then I found these erasable pens on Amazon. They write nicely and are dark so easy to see. The fact that I can also erase my entries makes it wonderful. One thing to note is that you must use the attached eraser with the pen. If you try and use a standard pencil eraser it will not work, it will just smudge. However, with the eraser provided it erases well. Please look at the photos I have posted as it shows you how well it erases. There is sometimes a tiny amount of ink remaining, but it is minimal, and you would see the same results with a pencil. I give these Pens two thumbs up!

I work in a doctor's office with scheduling in a scheduling calendar. Since we have cancellations and it is easy to erase these cancellations with these pens. Pencils leave marks along those papers, these pens are much better than pencils for erasing. These are not like the race will pens from the '80s, were they left residue behind. These pins actually erase, I buy these pins quite often for work. In the medical field you usually don't erase but for a surgical scheduling book they are perfect.

I love these pens!! They write cleanly and erase as described!! Please never stop making these!

I use these pens every single day at work and love them. They erase completely and don't leave marks or tear up my papers. They are pretty and write smoothly for a finer pen. I do wish the ink lasted a little longer but you can puchase the refills instead of new pens. The design on the pen doesn't wear off so they look as good as new even with lots of use. My go-to erasable ink pen.

I love these pens. I was given one as a gift and decided to buy the refills and a different style. When I have they do not last very long. I write at my job and I am getting a new pen or refill out every couple weeks. Why are they drying up or running out so fast?
