Good addition for working out
I like the size and durability. The texture is nice for grip but can be harsh for those with soft hands. The sand shifting was annoying at first but now I got the hang of it. Great value for the price.

This thing is solid. I’ve been using for a few months now and at least 3 times a week. No issues or leakages. Zero bounce so it’s easy to slam hard on the ground without worrying about it jumping up at you. 30 pounds dead weight is exactly what I needed and great for hiit exercises
