It was good. The information was laid out nicely.

Easy to understand so you can look after your own learning speed

Initial perusal shows the book answers many learner's upgrade questions. Seems reasonably comprehensive thus encouraging as guide and reference. BUT the book production is terrible: illustrations ok with a poor attempt at getting text onto the book's near 400 pages; resulting type setting too small, bad printing of large blocks of text near illegible, even with spectacles valuable text cannot be understood. None of this would one expect of A Wiley Brand. Regretfully I am returning the book.

This book is very disappointing the printing on numerous pages are illegible and on other pages paragraphs the same. I would like either a replacement that I can read or my money back.

Any book For Dummies is easy to understand and use. I couldn't tell you how many books I have For Dummies, but they are my go-to source for any subject.

I was moving from IBM Notes to MS Outlook and wanted to get a jump start on being a productive as possible. I made a list of the things that I did regularly with e-mail and my calendar and then read this book, nearly cover-to-cover. It showed me how to do nearly all that I needed plus provided many new and useful hints and tips. I enjoy the "...for Dummies" series for their light tone and accessible information. Definitely recommended, particularly for new Outlook users.
