How can you mess up a screw?
Worked great with no problems

They are screws, but good ones.
Bought these to replace all the silver ones in a recent build I put together for a family member. Looks great with the black case and did not strip out the Phillips head like a lot of others do. You can't beat the price for the amount of screws you get. But 50 seems like a lot, so make sure you buy enough. I ran short by three, but I found a few in my tool box from another build and I noticed that they tried to strip out the head before the screw was completely in. That tells me that these are made of a harder material than the loose ones I had floating around.

What You See Is What You Get
Received EXACTLY 50 black computer case fan screws today, packaged in a small plastic zipper bag wrapped inside a whole bunch of bubble wrap. What you see in the picture is pretty much what you get; black computer case fan screws, really not much you could say. A few things to note, however: 1. Screws are NOT matte black; they are a bit glossy and in bright light you can see a tinge of other metal colors. 2. To expand on #1, in bright light they look like they've been colored in by a black permanent marker (I've tested this by trying to scratch the screws with keys and they are not "colored" in or anything like that) 3. If you do manage to chip the paint, it reveals they are the standard silverish-gray. Not a huge deal but some people have OCD. From a distance you won't notice a thing if you have a black computer case and just wanted some screws that didn't stick out like sore thumbs. Very good deal for those building computers!

Thay are ok
I ordered these black screws for some new fans for my computer tower, when I tighten them up the black paint came off because the fans were new and never had any screws in them before, the second set of screws I put in worked fine. Saved the old ones that the paint came off of to start in any more new fans I get.

Fan Screws - Longer Than Most
Bought these to install a new fan in my PC case. They shipped quickly and on time as projected. These screws were almost twice as long as the existing screws used in the computer case. They hold the new fan solidly as there are several more threads going into the fan body. I ended up replacing the original fan screws with these as one had already stripped out the threads and another one was heading that way. Now all four screws on the original case fan are tight and solid. These also work if installing a thin fan filter (which I did) between the fan case and computer case.

Good Case Fan Screws.
These computer case fan screws, during the time that I had to use them on some older case fans with easily stripped screws, worked as much improved replacements! They didn't strip anywhere near as easily, and worked quite well from what I experienced. Some case fans seem to come with very cheap metal screws that strip when you apply just the wrong amount of force to try to install a case fan, and end up tearing the screw apart. Don't recall it happening with this, and will be using the rest of my supply in any case building/repair or fan installations I plan on doing in the future.

screws
Ok, so I didn't need fifty but you never know when more might come in handy, plus one of my fans is installed with silver screws which are very noticeable against my Cooler Master Elite 430 case so I may swap those out. I'm also thinking o using the fan slot at the bottom, maybe not for a full 120 mm fan but I'm undecided as my cords are so messy. Either way theses fit my Cooler Master Sleeve Bearing 120mm Silent Fans well.

too small for any case fans
These screws are too small of a diameter to work on any case fans I have in my possession, to include the ones I bought them for. $3.90 isn't worth sending back in my book, so they're going in the garbage.
