My Sous Vide cooker fits perfectly on the inside, and the clamp fits snug against the side and holds it sturdily upright. There's still plenty of room left over for the sealed foods. The cooker is 14 inches tall so I was a bit worried it might be top heavy but it's not at all.The plastic bucket is sturdy enough to hold the Sous Vide cooker even when not yet filled with water, which surprised me .This bucket is made out of a hard, clear plastic and I chose this over the Cambro container because this is perfectly square 11" x 11" and tall enough at 8.25 inches to be sufficiently higher than the Max water line on the Sous Vide cooker.

Just wish it came with a lid.

Exactly what I was looking for. It’s weird you can’t buy the lids with it. You have to buy them separately.

The square shape works great in the refrigerator when you are trying to marinate a lot of meat for a smoker. You can stack stuff on top of it unlike stacking things on top of meat marinating in a bag.

I love this 22 quart brine jar. It allows me to create larger portion of my blends at one time. I can now save time and work more efficiently.. The only wished the material was a little more sturdy looking.

Used the container to mix with a stick blender one time. When I went to wash it I found that the corner was cracked.

Have been looking for a brining bucket for a long time. Found this eventually on Amazon and eventually bought it - should have bought it sooner. Works great and easily fits in the fridge for the 24hr brining of a small chicken.
