No, this doesn't have software. You can download drivers and a "workbench" which lets you read raw card data. However this is designed to be tied into a security system software package to properly decode the data contained. There are other card readers that have USB interfaces that mimic key presses. This is an HID reader mainly designed for encrypted cards, and not the cheap, simple prox cards.
