The color after dye
Here is the color after I dyed a white silk top. It actually absolutely gorgeous. It will get lighter since the photo shows the color of the wet top but I just love it! I didn’t use whole bottle. I used half of the bottle and water 1:3

To dye for
Amazing product! Non toxic and easy to use right out of the bottle. Worked perfectly to dye little areas of some very pricey French silk tassel trim for a perfect color match for designer drapery fabric. The Magenta was spot on and it is impossible to tell the trim was dyed. I purchased A red, yellow and blue dye so I could make nearly every possible color.

I love this product for the kind of work I do and what I use it for, however it was a saga to get all the units I bought. It took almost two months to deliver and it came in different boxes and at different times. This also happened the last time I ordered therefore I recommend that you place the order way ahead of time.

Jacquard dyes are fun! When an artist finds tools that work she plays. This dye does exactly what they say, and because yellow is a primary color, the artist can make a beautiful array of colors! My silk comes alive without having to steam it; a little ironing and dye-set concentrate and the project is complete.

Good results if you steam set.
Excellent if you soak silk in a 3:1 water/vinegar solution prior to application and steam set the dyes. I mostly steam set using my microwave and steam iron. If you don't steam set, you will need to allow the fabric to dry 24 hours and then rinse in the Jacquard setting solution. The result won't be as vibrant as vinegar and steaming in the microwave.
