No more check engine light, install was fairly easy, I do recommend getting some hose clamps as well you're gonna need them

This is the way to go, this housing and thermostat and sending unit is awesome, It's a pain to replace these, you have to take out battery, battery tray, and a few other parts, with this unit you know your not going to have to do this job over again.. and it's really nice to have hot heat again...

This part fit my 2012 Fiat Prima Edizione.The most difficult thing is moving parts out of the way, and removing the old one-time-use hose clamps. This thermostat installed with new hose clamps fixed the trouble code.I followed some how-to videos from the internet.

Not OEM but works and fits fine. 2012 Fiat 500 Pop. It is smaller then OEM but lines up and works fine. You will have to break connections so be careful of plastic snaps and buy some hose clamps.

Since the OEM hose clamps are 1 time use only, you'll need a 2-inch and a 1/2-inch hose clamp to complete the job. Don't swap out the guts like a couple of YT videos suggest.. By the time you do that you could've replaced the whole unit.
