Bought these for inflammation I have in my shoulder. Doc told me to take ibuprofen but my mom has been using turmeric gor her inflammation so i decided to give these a go. My shoulder, which us usually in pain was finally getting long periods of relief along with my massage gun. They tasted good but you can taste turmeric but its not too strong. Would recommend.
