I used these pellets in my Ooni pizza oven. They burn at up to 480 C and one fill will cook two pizzas. Obviously, takes longer if you add jalapeños.The suggestions ask for comments on "taste". I have not tasted the pellets, but I can say the pizzas taste great.They are good, and they are the best value for money on Amazon, so, check the weather forecast, mix up some dough, find the pizza oven in the shed, and buy 10 kg of these pellets.Just be sure to keep them in a really dry place, or the performance will drop off. Then your pizza business will also drop off!

These pizza oven wood pellets are exactly what was described, namely they are pizza oven pellets. You light them, they burn. Ideally in a pizza oven for which they were designed.

Bought to use in our Ooni oven, these are spot on, really do the trick for a reasonable price. I’ve only knocked off one star for the packaging, as these will last us years but the packaging is not resealable so I’m worried about the product getting damp which may affect use. I haven’t got any kind of storage container large enough as this was a huge bag (this is more a me problem but the option of a resealable bag would be much appreciated!)

I bought these pellets for my Ninja Woodfire Grill and I am not disappointed, especially for the price. They burn well (Much better than Ninja’s own pellets) and leave a great taste!

Bought for a pizza oven. Easy to light, but seemed to be quite smokey. I thought this was just because it wasn't up to heat, but having finished the pack and tried a different brand, I'm getting a better result - less smoke, less soot and gets up to heat faster - so shop around.

Good wood. Burns quick and hot. Made good pizzas. Needs a box with a lid to prevent moisture
