ACDelco GM Original Equipment 748G Spark Plug Wire Set

Easy to install. Arrived quickly.

It was ridiculously hard to find the plug wires for this very common engine. I hope my headline will be some help to others.I was really hoping to find some bargain aftermarket wires but I never did. It's hard to go wrong with original equipment & these swapped perfectly. The lengths were dead on & they fit in the looms but I would have been happy with wires with slightly more troubling fit for half the price.

Pretty expensive, but for a driveway mechanic, fit and functionality are pretty important, and these are that. Well made. Arrived quickly

They are the only wire set that works for this engine, but are only good for about 4 years. 7mm wire that is way too thin for a 454 and not heat resistant.

You gotta go oem with plug wires on a big block chevy. My motorhome burns up all the other wires. These work great and ill try no others again

Very easy install on a 98 gmc c2500 7.4 just plug n play . Even your 10 year old can do it . Save the money n do it your self

This Wire Set for Chevy 7.4 Engine works much better than the generic replacements because it incorporates a coiling of a copper wire around the the core element to better transmission of the high voltage spark to the spark plugs. the higher price is justified because if you don't do this some of the spark plugs will miss with the bargain wires.Also some "experts" claim that there is no gain in gas mileage by buying the higher quality wires. But it only follows logic--if you capture a stronger and better spark the ONLY result is going to be better gas mileage. Also the insulation is much better in AC Delco wires where the cheap wires I had, shorted to ground.

Factory direct replacement

Installed on a 98 K2500 7.4l. The lengths were spot on.
