Very strong and works great. Keeping your diet strict, focused with so much energy. Take 1 pill each day with water and wait for 1 hour to fully digest. Meanwhile cook you’re steam vegetables and pan your boneless chicken dinner. By 1 hour, you will feel like sweating and you know it’s time to eat. Then wait 30-45 minutes to digest before going to the gym
