So let me start off by saying that I used to go regularly. 1-2x per day, healthy poops! Now that i’m on GLP-1 medication, my main side effect is constipation. The capsules are pretty large so I suggest drinking a lot of water when taking them. I was buying these more often before but slowed down due to the price. I decided to get them again because I need to detox. I really wish they were as expensive because they do a great job. No stomach pain and funky noises in my belly. For me, 5 pills seem to work better. I take them one at a time and at night a few minutes before bed.

It has definitely helped with the bloated feeling and cleaning out my system. I do not feel like it helps with losing weight. Which is ok with me because I bought it for the bloated feeling. I have had to take the 3 pills dose as recommended to have it work. then I was able to drop to 2 pills a dayfor the rest of the time. I did order again after a month in case I become irregular and bloated feeling again.
