The mixer is not working at all. I did not put it on when I received it because it was a gift, but when I went to use it today, it just doesn’t work. Please have a replacement sent.

I tried to make some mocha frappe using the blender and it was working and mixing but literally didnt touch the ice in it. Everything blended well but the ice stayed the same. The blades need to be better. Also its very very loud i don’t understand why

المنتج ممتاز لنوع الالجهاز مقابل السعر بالنسبة لي ولكن عند فتح الجهاز وجدت كسر في قاعدة الجهاز تمنيت عدم وجود هذا الكسر
