Works fine. Not easy to replace.
The battery works fine, but don't use the screw drivers. Get a good drivers set. You need to remove the touch pad in this job, and the provided tool screw up one of the screw and I had a hard time remove the screw....

Product arrived as expected, easily installed and working fine so far, no compatibility issues and charged perfect, will keep posted if any changes... saved about 2 hundred.

Great and new battery - Do not attempt calibrating it
I had a recently purchased MacBook battery replaced with this one. At first it was 100% battery health and 100% capacity. I charged it fully and then let it drain until shutdown (sleep) once. When the battery percentage hit 100% I checked in System Information as well as CoconutBattery and the battery health was already down to 94.3% with a Full Charge Capacity of 8292mAh instead of the Design Capacity of 8790mAh. It does have overcharge, over voltage, temperature sensing and a smart chip built in. With that being said, using this in a 2019-2020 MacBook Pro 16-inch, it does not need to be calibrated like older NiCad and other batteries with the smart chip technology. Overall, great battery and value for a new product.

Not for beginners
I'm an Apple tech, been for a long time. This battery un/reinstall sucks. There's a lot of ways to break other stuff very easily if you're not taking your time and paying attention. You have to remove (or practically remove) the logic board just to install this battery - which is absurd.I work in a repair shop and I've seen the aftermath of what happens when someone tries to do this job themselves and fail. One resulted in having to replace the logic board due to accidental damage. A $65 battery replacement should not cost $500 for a new logic board.This job is not for the faint of heart or basic/entry-level skill level. Let an Apple tech put this in for you and save yourself some frustration and tears.

Quick arrival and easy to fix by yourself
Item was delivered quickly with the right screw drivers to be able to fix as an inexperienced reparer. Battery count begin from 1 count again after fixing it.
