I have struggled with debilitating anxiety all of my life. Hate living on meds, but until I found these, I had to.My journey with these gummies is as follows:-Headache starting day 3 and stopping around day 7 or 8. Hang in there, it is worth it.-Nightmares started day 2. I had to stopping taking one in the morning and then at night. Went to 2 first thing in the morning. Still have dreams, but no nightmares.-Relief became noticeable around day 10. Realized that I had no gripping anxiety upon waking up. (Which has been with me since childhood) Soon, I began to notice that I was taking almost no anxietymedicine.I'm 3 weeks in and although not a cure, this product has improved the quality of my life immensely.

After waiting forever for our delivery we were a little disappointed that these gummies didn't work better. There was no noticeable calming, or energy spike. One of the reviews said 7 days, and we are only on 4. We will see. Ken.
