Q: Why do you recommend using laundry bag when you wash this rug?

I never recommended any use of a laundry bag!., but this rug sucks., after washing and following the drying instructions, mats curl up on all ends. No good

Q: I need a size 36x108 in these mats

I didn’t. Check with manufacturer

Q: Can the rug be trimmed to fit?

No, it can't trimmed as it would frey the rug. They run very narrow

Q: It said it's machine washable, is it also machine dryable?

I did not dry mine and it came out of the washer like new. I hung it up for a few hours and put it right back on the floor.
