They were one size fits all...they fit my big toe well..no problems with the fit.

My toenail was falling off and it protected it. They are stretchy and it fits over my big toe with no problem. They made running tolerable for me when my toenail was barely hanging on.

I am using this Pro-Tec athletics toe caps to protect my big toe that has callus. I am pleased with its function and is comfortable to use. I think since it covers the whole toe with the toenail it might provide you comfort. You just have to try it for yourself. The good thing about this toe cap is you can wash it and is reusable and it lasts long.

Clipping your toe nails might work better. These can get cut up too.
