It’s good. But it’s RAW meaning it has not been dry roasted before powdering it. So it tastes raw. And because of this, it might not last long.It lasts longer and tastes great only if it had been roasted before the process.Can I return it?

This powder is what I am looking for. I see comments that it’s RAW meaning it has not been dry roasted before powdering it. It tastes raw since it is cold milled. If you roast the seed and powder it will lose all the omega-3 acids. I don't know why we Indians are fond of roasted and fried stuff and because of this lot of us die due to heart attack. Please remember all the antioxidants and heart healthy omega-3 acids don't stand on fried roasted items. Do you take this for health or for taste? If want taste there are lot of better items but I can guarantee those are not good for health. The only problem I had is it is delivered to the neighbor's house and they opened and start using it since it is free. I recommend this product for health not for taste.
