My LG. Front loader was making a humming sound which made me feel the pump worked but the lines were clogged . So I watched a YouTube video on how to figure this situation out . Long story short , I unclogged all the lines but it still wouldn’t drain so I ordered this piece ( drain pump ) . It fit and worked perfectly . On my 4th load since the pile up . Thank you !

Washer gave me an error code. I looked it up, and it turned out to be the pump. I looked at my owners manual for the part number and the pump is pricey. I found this replacement, bought it, installed it, and I'm back to wshing again. Took about 30 to 40 min for a diy.

Worked and was easy to install

I was overwhelmed with the prospect of having to buy a new w/d machine in the middle of a pandemic-financial crisis. I read a few blogs on what could be the problem with my washer. Many of them directed me to this pump. I ordered, received a day early, installed the same night it came in....now I am back at washing my clothes. Pump seem louder than I remember...but I am okay with that! This one works splendidly and for 22 bucks it saved me hundreds. I went on YouTube for instructions on how to disassemble and install the pump. EXCITED about this. Not sure if it's longevity since it was just installed two days ago but for now...YAY!!!

Part was delivered to me on November 18, 2019. It is March 21, 2020 and the part is broken.. The propeller broke on the part. Not happy with this. The part was inexpensive but it should last longer than 4-5 months. I notified the company through e-mail. They got back to me right away. They were super easy to work with. I told them the problem and they said they would send a new part tight away. They made things right and got a new customer.
