ProBody Pilates Small Exercise Ball with Pump - 9 Inch Workout Ball for Stability, Barre, Yoga, Core & Physical Therapy

My physical therapist recommended that I get a pilates ball to help build my stamina, stability, and core muscles, and to increase mobility after a recent surgery. After looking through quite a few brands and styles, I got this one because it was exactly the size I was looking for, and had an air pump. The ball is very sturdy and is super easy to inflate with the included air pump. (As an FYI, the ball hasn’t lost air since I first inflated it.)I am a beginner as far as using a pilates ball, but it is easy to learn proper fitness routines and placement because the ball makes learning exercises so easy. I am so happy that I got this one because it is easy to use, slip resistant, and makes doing physical therapy just a little more fun. I have been able to make some gains by incorporating this ball into my daily workouts so thank you Pro Body, for helping me to get my body back.

This one is a lot stronger than the last one I purchased. It is a good quality and easy to inflate. I like the added feature of the pump, too!

The ball was fine but it wasn’t clear how to use the pump to blow it up. It was fairly easy to inflate it by blowing on the plastic tube which was included.

I purchased to do my physical therapy for my neck. It’s also great to have at home for Pilates exercise and I will bring with me on my upcoming vacation to use for both! The pump that comes with it will be handy to pack along with the ball! Deflate, pack. Inflate, use!

I ordered this ball for some PT exercises, and it works perfectly

It's strong and the perfect size for the Pilates exercises I'm doing. Easy to adjust the firmness. Just what I wanted so I could do some of the exercises I learned in classes at home.

This ball comes with a pump but there is no way to attach the cheap plastic tube to the pump so it is almost impossible to inflate. There is no seal so once the ball is inflated, you have to pull the tube out but there is no way to keep the air from escaping.
