Corkys Women's Sidewalk Slip on Flat

I ordered a size 9 based on remarks because of the stretch factor to order a half size up. My usual is 8.5 and with the 9 the fit was snug but not tight. So happy with the size and fit. The inside is soft and cushy which makes them wearable for me for few to several hours, but not all day or all day walking about. I do better with built in arch support which these do not have, but still fun and comfortable to wear out for an evening and running out and about doing errands during the day. I do a lot of trekking/hiking and need arch supported with stabilization type support for all day traveling, walking around on concrete/hard surfaces that my trail shoes provide. These sidewalk flats are just that. Good for short term wear, wearing on planes for comfort, casual wear with jeans, skirts etc. Considering ordering another Corky shoe in different color to change things up from time to time.

I have a bunion on my right foot so leather shoes can be very painful. I'm retired so my go-to is sandals ... flip flop style but not the cheap drug store type. Leather or more substantially made. But it's not appropriate wear all the time. And pretty cold in winter. So I was very happy to find these fabric bendable shoes. I have several pairs in different styles. If you have bunions or arthritis in your feet give them a try ...

This is my 6th pair of Corkys' Woven Elastic Sidewalk fFats. I have absolutely loved wearing them. This pair has a change in construction that I do not like. Instead of the elastic weave being woven through the black back of the shoe, the new style has just the solid black back. It is not as foot-friendly and has caused me blisters. Will keep the show in hopes it will become more comfortable with use, but please change back to the old construction in the future. I literally live in these shoes; shoes similar to them do not fir the bill. This is the only shoe I wear in warm weather.

I love these flats! A couple years prior I found another brand but they fell apart. When I found these I was worried they would be too narrow, but it wasn't! I work in a bank and I am on my feet all day long and even on my lunch. My feet actually love these shoes so much I am going to buy another pair. Even after 4 months they fit just as perfect as the first day.If you are on your feet all day looking for comfort and breathable shoes these are it. They look professional and fit perfect. Even after a very long week and my feet are a little swollen they still fit comfortably.

These shoes look great, and I have these woven Corky's in the mary jane style multi color which fits perfecty. Ordered these flats, and they are way too small. I have always been able to order a standard 10 medium in a shoe and have it fit great without trying it on prior to purchase.These flats have a very narrow, pointed toe box, and in spite of the stretchy webbing, your toes will be jammed into the end of the shoe. I think part of the reason is that the stretch webbing pulls the toe box up and toward the heel of the shoe. You have to really consciously slide your heel back into the heel of this shoe to keep it there. I like the look of this shoe, so I'll use a Sharpie to relabel my size 10s as a size 9 and give them to a thrift shop for resale (I have worn them around quite a bit until I just couldn't take the pinch anymore). I am reordering the shoe but up an entire size, to size 11.

First of all the shoes are made of elastic! Elastic! They give on the sides perfectly, conforming exactly to your feet on the top and sides while also giving good support and grip as I walk. Normally new shoes rub a bit or have some discomfort, but these were perfect right out of the box. If I had any complaint it would be that the stiff bit at the back can sometimes stick to your feet if they are wet (getting caught in the rain in these shoes was fun) and you can't just step out of them in that case, but it isn't enough of a problem to dock a star from these amazing shoes. I have been recommending them to all my friends and already plan on buying another pair. Perhaps the loafers this time.

I have diabetic neuropathy and find it difficult to find comfortable shoes. Medium width shoes are too tight and wide width shoes are typically too loose. I bought a pair of these a couple of years ago and they were so comfortable I wore them until they finally wore out - every day for a couple of years. I couldn't find the same shoe anywhere in a store and I happened to come across them on Amazon, so I snatched up a pair. They are so comfortable. They stretch, so if you have a wider foot, these should be good. I might buy another pair to keep for when these wear out!!

I bought these Corkys sidwalk slip-on and Bernie Mev catwalk in navy to compare the two shoes. I had had catwalks before and liked them but thought I would try something different. I am 8W and tried a 9 since some reviewers thought they ran small. I liked the shoe with a sturdier sole and more structure to the webbing, but the 9 was just a little too big. I ended up keeping the catwalk and returned the Corkys.

Comfy but does come up very small.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and look gorgeous.I have them in two colours and hope to get more.
