Polaroid Now i-Type Instant Camera - Black & White + Polaroid Color i-Type Film (16 Sheets) + Black Album + Neck Strap - Gift Bundle

Most of the modern day instant picture cameras seem to be moving to these mini pictures. I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend because she wanted “authentic Polaroids”. Well it doesn’t get much more authentic than a literal Polaroid camera.

Great for all intents and purposes except for it jams in the cold. Other than that, no complaints!

After doing a ton of research and learning "how to's" online I decided to get this. I love the throwback look. Sadly, I wasn't getting the results I expected and it just felt like I was using a novelty toy. I probably had a defective camera as every print was blurry or overexposed/underexposed even if I followed other customer's advice. I can't handle the unpredictable nature as film is too expensive to play around with. I returned the camera and I'll get a Fuji Instax camera instead.

My 7 year old granddaughter loves it.Picture quality is the same as the old ones, but that's not the point of this camera.

Between the finicky picture quality and the expensive film (roughly $2.00 per shot...) on top of having to lug around a camera nearly the size of a Gamecube, I really can't say the price tag is justified for me personally. It's a lot more of a novelty, which, if that's your thing - it does it great; however, you'd better make the most out of every single photo you take or you'll find yourself ordering another pack of 8 shots for $16. If you're a professional photographer or a strong enthusiast with money to burn on film, it's probably worth it. If you just like casual photography like I do, you're probably better off just throwing a retro filter on a normal photo or going with a cheaper instant film camera.

The camera itself is gr8. Super cool. But the photo album is way smaller than I was expecting so if you want one it’s better to probably buy one separately. The neck straps were too thick to get in and one picture didn’t develop but everything else developed gr8.

Taking pictures

Very cool , especially for gift, easy to use , cartridge installation is easy. For the very first time it prints out test file, which shows instruction how to be with photos.
