Made cake making easy
Cake came out beautiful. Some observation:1. Used lukewarm milk instead of water2. Used ghee, but using olive oil would have been better3. The ganache on top is 85% dark chocolate, this and the cake would have made cake too bitter: so I spread 1:1 sugar syrup (100gm sugar in 100ml water heated until sugar dissolves) over the cake layers.4. My cake tin was small, so this cake rised a good height and so I was able to create two layer cake (Baked it for 40min at 180deg Celsius and didn't take out immediately)5. However if a bigger tin is used, cake should be baked for 30 min like instructed

Waste of Money
I would call myself a decent Cook or rather amateur chef n after following every instruction to the 't' , the cake turned out horrible.I bought this after reading most of the rave reviews n now am wondering how terrible the product I received is!Forget about "dark" chocolate flavour, it hardly has chocolate flavour.The cake tasted like cardboard; there's no other word. Needless to say how the occasion for which I baked it, was a disaster!I need my money back and more!Can't express how worthless and tasteless the product is.

Nice
The cakes we made from this mix turn out great. Sweetness is moderate. We all liked it so, however if someone wants to cook it for sweet-loving people u might want to add some more sugar.

Good one!! The outcome was soft and yummy cake!
Very good mix... made a birthday cake for my daughter and it was a good one..This a former 5 star bakery chef writing the review. Please don’t give a negative review to a product if you mess up and spoil your cake because after trying this I can say it is a good one!

Not upto mark
It's not recommend from my end as when I have baked it was not not as fluffy as expected. Even you check with its quality with toothpick it won't give complete dry results.

Very fluffy and tasty. Cane out perfect. Just follow the instructions.A little low on sugar but perfect for wet cakes.
