Great safety tool
My newest (and now favorite) rigging knife. My kids and wife told me that I have too many rigging knives, and I said that there is no such thing. But if I had to get rid of any, this would be the second to last to go (after a sentimental hand carved one that I have)

Very Solid and well made.
Really like the knife. Seems strong and will be a good addition for cutting rope off impellers or untying knots.

Does the job, Marlin spike may not last.
Nice knife, has all the basic features I need and is lightweight. I really like the grip on the outside. The grip seems 3d printed but strong. One complaint is the marlin spike doesn’t keep its shape well. I used it to spike and tighten some shackles and the tip of it has warped after only ~8 uses.Metal is solid though, no corrosion yet. I have been rinsing with fresh water after each day sailing thought.

Nice knife
Solid, sharp and handy. Would be better if it came with a clip to hold it in your pocket. Kinda a pain to get out of its case.

The right tool
Tough, functional and good to have around in a pinch especially if you need to cut a line.

Great tool, wish it had a clip
This tool comes with a carry case and has an anchor point for a tether so it is functional when used with those. I keep it permanently attached to my foulies and only use it on ocean races for the most part due to the lack of a clip. In regattas where I am just wearing regular shorts or pants, I don't feel like putting the carry case on my belt so I just carry my leatherman skeletool in my pocket because it has a clip on it. Not sure why they wouldn't put a clip on this tool, perhaps there is a reason, but it makes me not use it nearly as much as I would otherwise.

Just what I need in a Safety Knife on the boat
I bought this to replace a previous Gill Safety Knife and this one is even lighter and easier to use. Safety blade is sharp without being dangerous and the action on the blade lock is easy to release when you are ready to put it away. Love the micro tool arm.

Clunky
The product is a little big for my average sized hand. the overall shape is very blocky. The marlin spike is very pointy it would be very harsh on rope fibers. The tools should stay closed, no surprise openings, because it takes too much effort to open any of them.I like the gill grip. It is quite grippy.
