Avene products are excellent for sensitive skin.
I've used Avene products for 30+ years as I have a Fitzpatrick skin 2 - very sensitive. I've used this successfully when sun has reached my face! - but I had to use a different roseacea cream as my usual had disappeared - I was extremely sensitive to the new one which allowed the roseacea t0 become infected - I had to have a doctor's advice but I used this at first and it did calm the extreme redness.

I have struggled to find a moisturizer that is heavy enough for my dry skin but not so heavy that it sits on top of my skin, making my makeup slide off. This is the sweet spot.
