I ordered these after my dietician suggested I take a multivitamin. I knew that I would be working out more and needed something that would address the needs that I would have physically. This product actually arrived sooner than expected (plus) I feel more energized when I take these and I feel more rested in the evenings. I normally have many episodes of restlessness in my sleep (fitbit tracker) but i have less episodes when I take my vitamins before bed. I take them at night because I drink a lot of water during the day and I want as much of the vitamin to stay in my system for as long as possible! I do think these have worked better than vitamins I have used in the past. With better diet and exercise, I have lost 12lbs so far,

A vitamin with kick is what I was looking for...and I got that for sure in this vitamin. The blend of vitamins provided a great balance for me. I had that burst of energy I needed to keep me through the workday. I didn't feel slow or sluggish, even during my workout. Also, the caps were easy to swallow given that they are veggie caps. I don't like the taste of animal gelatin capsules, and they make my stomach hurt. I also really like that this vitamin does not come overloaded with iron, which constipates. I have been looking for a multivitamin after being on prenatals for well, years. I have tried various blends but have never been all that happy with the ingredients and frequently supplement in various areas which increases the number of pills I have to swallow each day. These vitamins from VitaTrex have several of those missing elements that I appreciate like turmeric, B-varieties and magnesium. Choline, cranberry extract and chromium are things that I normally don't think to supplement but I am happy that they are included in this blend. I was quite nervous about taking these supplements in the morning as I hate that vitamin burb thing that happens so frequently. However, this vitamin has not caused that to happen at all. (I usually take my supplements before bed to avoid this issue but since this has B vitamins, they need to be taken in the morning.) I feel great while taking this multivitamin. I have been taking this multivitamin for a little while and I really like knowing that I am putting all the essential vitamins and some extra multivitamins for women in my body.They come in a clear pill capsule they have a yellowish color (guessing the turmeric). I do taste an initial vitamin taste when swallowing but it does not last long or linger.I feel as if I have been healthier and my skin and nails feel better. I love that it has the women pro complex for example: Turmeric, cranberry extract, black pepper, milk thistle, CoQ10 and many more. I have seen a lot of research on the benefits of Turmeric, so it is nice knowing that it is in there. These vitamins are meant for women and are also meant for women who are active. They include vitamins that help with energy and recovery after a workout.You can take up to 3 capsules a day. I only take 1 capsule as of now but when I start working out more may take more.Overall I do believe I feel better and would recommend these to other women who are looking for vitamin geared towards women an women with active lifestyle.I received this for a discount in exchange for an honest review. I used to get a specific multi vitamin for Weight loss that was only for women at my local grocery store. However I went this last time and was supper bummed they no longer make it. I decided to try this and I'm so glad I did.I take 3 every morning with the rest of my medicine with a full glass of water and sometimes some toast (great for if you have tummy issues) So far after a week of taking these, I am feeling like it works like any other multivitamin including my previous one that has been discontinued. I can't say whether or not they do everything as promised but I can say that I can tell when I take a multi-vitamin and when I'm not. When not I have no energy to do anything, sluggish all day and just feel blah.
