胃腸は寝ている時が活発だから夜寝る前に飲む方が良いそうですが、飲むの忘れて昼に飲みました。それでも効果ありで良かったです。

My baby became colicky around 3 weeks old & I went on a hunt to find a high dosage probiotic that could benefit my baby & myself. This is the one I found, I’ve been using it daily for several months now & I’m just starting to cut back to every other day. Typically too much probiotics can cause diarrhea but sometimes they can also cause constipation so just pay attention to your body & adjust the dosage accordingly. I do wish these came in a glass bottle rather than plastic but since they have a good blend of probiotic strains I will continue to purchase them as needed. I do keep them in the fridge as well even though it’s not mentioned on the bottle. Definitely recommend!
