Q: Warranty how long is it if product doesn’t live up to the promise and breaks

I never had a problem, I gotten over 8yrs., on the original Hercules hose still have . I bought 2 from Amazon, not the original one . I still have 1@6 , 1@1. Their steel and take last long time. It's easy for me due to weight is lighter . I do not recommend the 25ft. It seems to tangle don't understand.

Polymer sounds about right. The inside of the hose looks like plastic, but has rubbery properties to accommodate the water swelling. If the inside was pure plastic, it would be very prone to cracking.
