I Can Read Music: A Note Speller for Piano – Book 1 | Beginner Sight Reading and Interval Training for Kids and Adults | Sheet Music Songbook with Pattern Recognition | Faber Piano Adventures Book Review: Perfect Little Book for New Music Readers - As a piano teacher, I am always looking for books that make learning to read music feel approachable and encouraging. This book does a great job breaking things down in a clear, simple way that is not overwhelming for beginners. The pacing is thoughtful and helps students build confidence as they go. I love how the exercises reinforce concepts without feeling repetitive, and the layout is very student friendly. I have already used this with my beginner piano students and it has been a great supplement to our lessons. Such a solid foundation for early music reading. Review: A great workbook - Once students know the key names, this is a great book to help them start learning the staff lines and reading notes on the staff. It has short lessons. Sometimes I assign from the book, sometimes I teach from it, and sometimes I do both. I love the small visual they add in the corner when introducing notes. They use a picture i.e. "sea" level for where "C" goes on the clef, to help the visual learners (like me!)

Fantastic Book
We bought this for our eight year old needing sheet music to draw his interest and keep him engaged in more aggressively challenging songs. Simply put these songs are not boring and he loves learning to play them.
