what comes in the box? O rings? lube?

Yes, o-rings and really small tube of lube. But I purchased a separate tube of Danco silicone grease to have at hand.

What is the part number for the servicing kit with the o-ring? One poster said it comes with the kit. The video doesn't?

I have a kohler forte and it's leaking. should i get this newer model or the previous model gp76851 mixer & pbu sp kit?

Depends how old you valve is. If it is older you should get the gp76851

What are the flow specifications?

Not sure. If you have the kohler 304 valve this is the cartridge for that valve. Its cartridge and balancing spool. Its comes in 2 parts. You can google it and they might be able to tell you the specifications
