We ordered this for our side-by-side with the hopes that we could avoid having to grab our mini excavator every time the kids buried it in the creek.However, it came damaged. One phone call and one email later, we had the replacement part to days later. It was painless and easy.While we haven't gotten a chance yet to use the winch yet, there customer service made it worth every penny and worthy of a 5 star review.

From my understanding this is replacing the older RT versions.I havent used it yet but its warn so it will most likely work great, my issue is that it didnt fit my RZR and thats not fault of the winch. Id say before you order make sure the dimensions are right.

Just what we ordered.

I have a Polaris 570 Ranger crew cab and the winch worked great, right up until it didn't. First, one side of the drum broke off, then when the rope spooled up on the side that was broken, it caused the whole thing to get crooked and it started grinding, then it wouldn't free spool, in fact it operated whether it was engaged or free spooling. I called Warn because it had a 1 year warranty and it had only been 8 months and of course, the drum isn't covered. I'm going to try to the VRX model and give Warn one more chance

All parts fit perfectly together.

Bought this for Polaris RZR 800 S after knock off winch broke in half. Winch came quickly. Had an issue with the wrong switch in the box. Contacted Warn before connecting anything, and they mailed a new switch to my house right away (otherwise 5 starts just a pain in the butt). IF YOU BUY THIS FOR YOUR S Model RZR the only MOUNTING BRACKET IS MADE BY SUPERATV. 4500lb winches have a different mounting bracket than 3500 lb winches. Great Heavy Duty Winch, worth the extra $.

Solid product ... It's a beast.Wish the cables power cables were a bit longer and for the price a fuse and holder was supplied but, other that, very satisfied.

Awsome. Strong. Durable. Best winch I have had. Don't be fooled with cheaper winches. You get what you pay for.
