I highly recommend it!
Oh my gosh, I think this book is awe-inspiring! Apple Cider Vinegar Diet For Weight Loss seems so easy to follow it's almost mind-blowing. Five different ways to lose weight with this diet…not only is that impressive, so is this book, period. I learned so much from Ms. Samons in a short amount of time and it's all astonishingly e-a-s-y! I have to tell you, I am one picky eater and just the thought of something so painless, with absolutely no effort, has me excited…and lucky me, I already have Apple Cider Vinegar on hand!Ms. Samons gave me knowledge in a quick, concise, well-written book that has me eager to get started. I almost overlooked this book and that would have been my own humongous mistake. My metabolism has been slow and I've tried a lot of things, as I'm sure a lot of people have, but nothing has been this easy, believe me! I highly recommend reading this book and I'll be spreading the word to all my family and friends!

but I do believe I would enjoy most of the recipes
An informative book. I don't know if I could handle taking the apple cider vinegar start before a meal, but I do believe I would enjoy most of the recipes. I did try the recipe for the fries and they were quite tasty. The cucumber recipe was similar to a recipe of my Mom's that I grew up eating and it was always tasty. My only suggestion would have been portion sizes and nutritional statistics including calorie counts. All in all a helpful book. I think I'll try the chicken next.
