Great customer service / sturdy adjustable stand
Bought 11/15/2024 its now 02/24/2025 and the part that attaches to the adjustable stand to hold the mic is completely stripped. I've done nothing but adjust it as normally, haven't even screwed it on or off yet somehow its warped, stripped, and no longer functional. 3 months for a product to go kaput from minimal use is a travesty. I don't recommend.UPDATE: contacted customer service and it turns out Amazon shipped it with a missing piece. This company's customer service was exceptional and very quick/responsive. They are sending me the part I need and I will be updating my review again when the part comes on the overall quality of the mic stand :)****NEW ITEM RECEIVED: Works great, replacement came with a part that was originally missing but now feels sturdier than ever, definitely recommend, customer service was great and fast/efficient

Strong and flexible
I spent a fair amount of time trying to research which microphone stand to get and i am glad i got this one. It supports my audio technica condenser mic very well. Before, i had a boom mic stand that had 3 legs on the floor and it was always prone to tipping over and I was always having to negotiate around it with my rolling chair and cables. This gooseneck mic clamps on to my desk and is waaaay more convenient. The metal seems high quality. I am looking forward to the convenience of this set up for recording. The 19 inches seems just right as far as length goes from a sitting position in a chair.

Sturdy and heavy duty, only knock is the one size fits all microphone holder
Attaches to just about any kind of desk as tightly and firmly as you want to crank it down, all the way to the point of literally bending the plastic on some lighter desks if not careful. Most parts are metal and everything really stays where you left it.The only knock is the microphone attachment portion really isn't of the same quality as everything else, but is workable with most microphones, and easy to address.

My expectations were low, but I am so thankful I bought one.
It's sturdy enough to hold my Elgato Wave:1 mic which isn't a heavy mic but I've had issues with other mic arms having the opposite issue because it's so light it's hard to hold the mic in place. I was worried about the length but it's the perfect length to place the microphone without being in the way of the monitors and the neck is thin enough to not block the second monitor on my right at all. I can fully adjust it so that it's both near my mouth and out of the view of the camera for streams and Zoom calls.I was prepared to spend close to $200 for a low-profile mic arm to keep it out the way and on a whim I went with this gooseneck even though it wasn't the length I wanted (I'm thankful the longer arm was out of stock) and it worked nearly perfect, I was legitimately shocked with how well it is for my setup. I haven't tested it with anything heavier than the Wave:1 mic, but I'm confident it would hold something heavier because of how sturdy it feels.I do wish it had a better method of attaching to the desk clamp because of how easily it starts to unscrew with the slightest turn counterclockwise anywhere on the gooseneck. If the gooseneck arm was on a swivel to allow you to better move the arm without unscrewing it from the base it would be the perfect mic arm for me. Maybe even a locking quick release mechanism instead of a standard screw on method. I paid $23 for this and would gladly pay another $10 if it had a better attachment method.

Lightweight use only
Not strong enough for a PodMic. Easy enough to position but it can't hold any substantial mic at a long reach. Shame since it was just the right length for my setup.

Excellent product for the price
This unit is very well made, (desktop clamp is solid and easy to adjust). I've only had it a short time but it works well with my Shure Beta 87c condenser MIC. I just needed a short reach and wanted something smaller than a boom arm. The goose neck moves easily and stays in place for my mic. The connection to the base is solid and doesn't move around when the goose neck is moved out and in (keep mine in a vertical position when not in use). This freed up a ton of floor space in my small basement studio and I'll see how it holds up after a few months but so far so good.

works great
I think I used to have even shorter version of this? Might still. But I wanted something I could maneuver a bit more, and thus, I got this. Works just as well as the shorter one.I have a secretary desk, in a small room, so I really don't have anywhere to put/can't fit any kind of fancy... brain is not remembering right atm what they're called-Boom... things? handles?Anyway. This-and the shorter one-are perfect for someone who has a very small space. Just be sure to have some kind of thicker cloth or something to put between the desk and the clamp, less chance of it leaving marks if its wood, for instance. It's very, very sturdy, I think. Your mic isn't going to fall over or anything, and it isn't going to bend over. Also, I use a snowball ICE and it works just fine with it/fits.

GARBAGE MOUNTING HARDWARE
Garbage. The arm is good, but the connection between the arm and the mounting bracket is made of garbage metal. If you try to tighten the arm onto the mount it will fail. That will lead to the arm falling over at any angle. CRAP. DO NOT BUY.
