Received liquid bottle.instead of powder form as shown in image, it does not mix in wax, bottle seal was broken

Wasted my money
Very disappointed with these colors. Wasted my money to buy these useless colors..firstly when package arrived I opened it and color packet is already opened and when I used it..(its mentioned here these are candle making color) and didn't gave any color to my candles. I want to return these this item..this item deserves no star at all...miss guidance by the seller and it's so expensive Rs. 200 for useless color

This is not fluorescent. Just normal blue pigment. Wanted to return it but didn't do it for it being not worth returning.
