No sore back in the morning.
Very lightweight and tough. Easy to inflate, took about 2-3 min of blowing into it. Was comfortable enough not to cause any type of sore back which as a big guy was a concern I had going to the camp site. One downside is that I wish the regular size had more width. While on my back my elbows would hang over the edges and touch the ground. Next time I might get the 1.5 person or double person size.

Good mat but not worth the higher cost
I am a strong fan of Big Agnes but did not find this as comfortable as I had hoped I would. Based on my experience, it is worth the extra money compared to other models. I have a Big Agnes Encampment sleeping bag, which has a sleeve designed to work with the Big Agnes sleeping pad. But I wound up buying a competitor model, which has been working well for me.Note: It's important to point out that selecting the right sleeping pad comes strongly down to individual preferences. Just because one person likes or does not like one model, means little to whether you will draw the same conclusion. Your best bet is to lay on it yourself to determine if it is a good fit for you.

HOLY WOW, PICK ME!!!!
Got this bright af pad for a backpacking trip to Colorado. I needed a new one but didn't want to spend $200+ plus to handle my fat azz. I played on about 19 different pads before settling on this bad boy. Im 6'/250 and a side sleeper, and this thing is the cat's meow. I'm very broad shouldered, and I may be wanting the wide version went I get back, but all and in all, you can't beat the comfort this thing has. However, the real amazement is that it is truly featherweight. I'll be lugging a 40 pound pack and this thing is barely moving the scales. I know it states that its a pound, but on my food scale its pushing 14oz.Backpackers Rejoice!

Very warm but leaky cap.
Used this mattress during a backpacking trip to Colorado. Temps at night got down to 38 degrees. The mattress in conjunction with the BA down sleeping bag kept me very toasty. I gave it four stars because twice it leaked down through the valve cap. Once I pulled the cap out and put it back in it held air just fine.

Good pad - still need testing
Not super easy to inflate without pump. Weight to comfort ratio is really why I bought. Will update after a few more uses.

What a Welcome Upgrage to My Backpacking Gear!
So happy that I made this purchase before a week on the Appalachian Trail in September. I previously had a Thermarest Self-Inflating pad that was an 1" thick. This 4" pad was great for me since I am a slide sleeper. No more shouler or hip pain in the middle of the night waking me up. And its' compact size was a welcome shrinkage from the ThermaRest pad. The weight reduction was also great all day long hiking.

Great comfort at a low weight
This is the first inflatable sleeping pad that I have ever had that kept me supported all the way through the night. The trick was to inflate the pad and allow the warm air inside to cool and then top it up. It is actually possible to get the pad too firm, which isn't a bad thing.

The regular version is pretty narrow, but that obviously reduces weight for backpackers
if you are not worried about weight, then definitely go with the wider version. The regular version is pretty narrow, but that obviously reduces weight for backpackers.
