Identical to the Wusthof classic shears!
Every bit as good as some of the higher end, expensive brands! I have compared them to my Wusthof classic shears, they are identical!!! You can’t beat that price for the quality.

Yes Disassemble.
These scissors are really nice. They wash up easy, and the spring can be popped out just by opening the handles wide -- don't worry, it only happened once on accident, and the spring just fell out because the handles spread wider than its maximum extended length. The tips of the blades fit tight for cutting through skin and fat, though I wish that section was a little longer. They separate as they get closer to the handle. I think that's more for snapping raw bones. And it does! It just cut right through a chicken thigh bone with minimal effort (check the end of my video). And I do mean minimal. It surprised me. So yeah, they work great, I can't find any faults in the finish, so I think they'll last long enough for you to pass them on if you're a home cook. If you're a pro, they're serviceable. Frankly, I'm relieved to have an alternative to high maintenance knives I have resharpen before finishing up a costco pork loin. These are an awesome value and probably worth double their cost, if people knew about 'em. I'm sure they'll be fantastic for fish, too, or partially frozen meat. Finally, if you watch my video, sorry about the high-beams. It's hot in the South, so I dress light.
