Very inexpensive for preqorkout. This stuff gives you a great pump, and energy to finish the most grueling workouts. Only giving 4 stars because it doesnt taste the best.

As a person that has tried just about every preworkout on the market, this is one of my favorites. Great energy and focus with a little bit of the jitters (beta alanine). IMO this product delivers energy in the weightroom similar to Jak3d, the type of rush that makes you want to stay in the weightroom for a few hours. My only advice while using this product is to avoid doing so too close to bedtime as it will be nearly impossible to fall asleep. Besides that great product and reasonably priced.

Best tasting preworkout I've tried. I have ordered all three flavors and my preference is Lemonade > Blue Raspberry > > > > > > > Fruit Punch (not very good IMO).Easily the cheapest priced fully dosed preworkout on the market. Anything else that could compare to this in terms of ingredients is at least $10 more. My only gripe is they use artificial coloring and sucralose.

Nice flavor, great results, the only think I don't love is the amount of product that has to be used.In order to use the amount of product required it needs to be mixed with at least 16 oz of water (or more). I don't always like to drink such a large amount prior to an intense Crossfit workout. But otherwise it's a great product.

Product is good but when i got it the powder was clumpy and much of it had to be tossed bc mositure had gotten into it during shipping, or atleast hope it was during shipping

You buy this one prework out and then you get a box full of other goodies. I am very satisfied with the product. I can feel my face tingle when I used it. The company also throws in all the other stuff so it's well worth the price. Highly recommended!!

Great pump and lots of energy. No crash afterwards all around great pre-workout.
