I bought this to take to our cabin, but wanted to try it out at home first and see how it matches up with my other two scales. I’m a little addicted to tracking metrics beyond weight. I tell my friends all the time, in this day of GLP-1 meds and weight-loss at any cost, we NEED to be watching your bone health and muscle mass! Being “skinny” might feel nice, but it doesn’t mean much if your body isn’t strong and healthy! I encourage anyone trying to improve health to track body composition! OK, off my soapbox. I set this up alongside my other scales to test to decide whether to keep. I wanted to try another brand to see the differences. First of all, no home body composition scale will be completely accurate. You can trust the weight and understand that body composition is directionally accurate and use these devices to track your trends. Always weigh fasted at the same time of day for consistency. The app for this scale is great. See sample screenshots. Setup was easy. The app even has functionality to measure your heart rate using your phone’s camera. It’s very accurate. The body composition metrics from this scale are very closely aligned with those of my other composition scale and close my InBody metrics. I feel comfortable with the accuracy of the measurements for a home scale and it will be great to take to our cabin to keep tabs while I’m there. It’s larger than my others (on the far right in pic), which I think would be preferable for a larger person. It’s easy to read, transmits data to my phone immediately, and has a sleek design.

I purchased the 11.8"x10.2" Posture Scale almost two months ago, and so far I'm happy with this product. The scale is high quality. Its build is solid, and you get instantaneous reading, which is nice. The tempered glass feels very strong and I don't expect it to break any time soon. Functionally, the scale seems to work well. In my experience, you need to make 2-3 measurements in a row in order to get consistent measurements (first reading is always higher than the subsequent ones). Note that clothing affects weight measurements; you need to take everything off, including your underwear, when weighing yourself. On the minus side, I would list two things. First, I wish the instructions that came with the scale were clearer. Connecting the scale to my phone was not a smooth process, I had to get online and watch a video to figure it out. Also, the instructions manual is very tiny, the leaflet is printed in font size 5 characters, which are hard to read (I literally had to use a magnifier to read it). Second, the Fitdays app is not very good in my opinion, especially when it comes to displaying data. (I know the app is not made by Posture, but I need to mention this.) Nevertheless, I appreciate the app's ability to connect to my Fitbit account, which is the only way I can then send weight measurement data to my MyNetDiary account (a convoluted path, but it works). All in all, this is a good product and I definitely recommend it.

I tried very hard losing weight and to keep in shape ,this scale helps me so much ! The most important feature to me is to track my body fat .I never know a home scale can measure that ,and so much more !I only measure that using the big machine at gym . Work as regular scales just one touch to turn it on and standing on it for 2 sec all the healthy data will be recorded on the cellphone app. The app is so well made with so many measurements I show in the picture.And they are very very accurate has very little difference with the data I use gym machine tests. It’s so amazing the value for me is incredible. Scale itself also looks sturdy and the material looks not cheap .Also it looks good ! With such great value I need to give it 10 star if I can ! Top notch quality!

Auch die maximale Belastbarkeit bis 180 kg ist ein Pluspunkt. Das Display ist gut lesbar und die Waage reagiert sofort beim Betreten. Franchement, pour ce prix elle n'a rien à envier à des modèles bien plus chers. Je recommande sans hésiter pour ceux qui veulent suivre leur santé sérieusement.
