Great looking dress pants. Fits me perfectly. Love the elastic waist band. Exactly as described. I ordered the 30x30 size. I have a 30 to 31 inch waste (my waste tends to fluctuate within 1 inch) my length 29 to 30 inches. Also love the overlap button above the zipper; which allows me the option of not wearing a belt. Looks very durable. Great price and buy.

Tried on the pants immediately upon delivery and they fit perfectly. The length 34 inch inseam is a little long but with a pair of shoes they look great. The material is very flexible and comfortable and the waistband can expand up to 1 1/2”. Time will tell how well and durable they last. Can’t beat the price for a nice pair of pants.

Decent pants. True to size. Pockets are super deep. Husband says they are comfortable to wear, other than they are made of a thick material, so he gets hot pretty fast. I will say that there is a possibility that they would need hemed. But not bad pants.

These fit great. Inexpensive dress pants for the occasional wearer. Only dress up for weddings and funerals type of pants. Machine washable with stretchy waistband. Fabrics is lightweight and breathable. Machine washable and wrinkle free. Great by!
