Great paring knife set at a great price!

Nice little pearing knives for a multitude of kitchen uses. Lesser quality ones might save you a bit of money but I found other to have more flimsy blades and handles, with the blades bending too much and feeling unsecure.

These are thin blades and sharpen easily. They do not come super sharp but that's not an issue. These are not high end Wusthof Classic or Ikon gormet grade knives but they're inexpensive. These knives are thin with durable molded on plastic handles. They sharpen easily and are very handy. Because they are thin they will wear out with regular use and sharpening. I've worn several down over the years. Just buy more and continue. I do have a complete set of Wusthof plus extras and several high end Zwilling/JA Henckels German knives. And they're great although they are due more care and don't sharpen as quickly although they do keep an edge better. But these little Swiss knives are too handy not to have floating around the kitchen. And for certain tasks they thin blade is best. Get some!

Great little paring knives

Nothing beats the value of these victorinox paring knives. Light, sharp, and easy to hold/use. No paring knives last forever but these should last the average person quite a while with the occasional sharpening. We rotate through these frequently as they are extremely versatile so the 4 pack was well worth it.

These knives are very good but they are not serated. Last time I bought a set they were serated.

I was looking for some cheaper, but not too cheap paring knives. They have the smaller no brand paring knives in the grocery store, but I wanted something a step above that and saw these on Amazon. I know Victorinox makes some decent knives as I have a couple of their Swiss Army knives which are good quality. So I picked up a 4 pack and they arrived quite sharp and were the right size for what I wanted. They hold an edge for a while, but are easy to touch up with hone. No rust and they work great for tasks requiring a paring knife. I have other paring knives, but they are quite a bit more expensive than these are, so for tasks I would be hesitant to use a more expensive paring knife, I use these instead. Good quality for an economical price.

These knifes are simple amazing. They do exactly what they say, are nice and sharp and it's like cutting threw butter.
