This is the best pillow I've ever owned. For context, I am 4'10" so naturally, I have a shorter neck. I try to sleep on my back to help keep my spine aligned, and this pillow properly supports my neck and back of my head from underneath. The sides of the pillow also keep my head in place so I'm less likely to roll on my side, discouraging me from being a side sleeper again. It's not too soft nor too firm, and when I received the delivery, the pillow arrived brand new and unopened with no unusual odours. I also have a medium-firm memory foam mattress so this pillow sits well on it and doesn't get bent out of shape or lose its form.

Really pleased with this, after a good few months of not sleeping using normal soft pillows this has been a god send! Admittedly it took a couple of nights to get used to but it's really helped. I have issues with my neck, currently awaiting surgery for cervical disk removal and nerve decompression which has meant laying in bed with a normal feather pillow was just not comfortable. The way this pillow supports my neck has really helped, less cramping in my legs and hands, little strange getting used to the dip which your head fits into as it means you lay perfectly flat but it works!!! Would definitely recommend for anyone with similar issues.

I got this this pillow to help with cervical radiculopathy and poor posture. I was a side sleeper and it took several weeks to get used to sleeping on my back and on this pillow. It was painful at first. I'd only use the pillow for a few hours a night. It's been month and I'm now sleeping the whole night on it, mostly on my back. My arm numbness is gone and posture is better. So I'm really happy with my purchase. But I wanted to warn others that if you're not used to this type of pillow, it can take several weeks to get used to it.
